It’s my 3rd training with the Austcham Dragon Boat Team. It’s getting better, I think… Though I’m still clashing into other’s paddle, splashing water when my paddle hits the water, I’m slowly getting the drift of it.
I’m have been better at keeping up with the pace of the interval training, like 120 in 2mins, 140 in 2mins and 160 in 2mins. Yar, that’s number of strokes, that means 30 strokes per 30secs, 35 strokes per 30secs and 40 strokes per 30secs respectively.
Really need to work on my strength, the arms and shoulders are still not strong enough yet. In due time I hope…
